Mu mpera z’icyumweru gishize, mu Karere ka Nyarugenge habaye igikorwa cyo gusinya imihigo y’Urubyiruko iri gushyirwa mu bikorwa muri uyu mwaka wa w’ingengo y’imari ya 2025-2026. Umuyobozi Nshingwabikorwa w’Akarere ka Nyarugenge, Bwana Ingangare Alexis yamurikiwe n’Urubyiruko imihigo maze nawe ashimira urubyiruko ibikorwa by’indashyikirwa bizamura ibimereho y’abaturage barimo gukora bafatanyije n’abandi baturage mu Karere ka Nyarugenge.
